So what do you eat with your seafood ... some kind of green vegetable. There are usually 7 or 8 on offer, varying with the seasons. This is what the Chinese call "Oil vegetable". It's actually "edible rape", and very nice too when it is young and not overcooked. Done with a little garlic, a touch of soya sauce and stock.
