Fried fish

Just for a change, some fried fish. I haven't the foggiest idea what these are, but they were pretty tasty. A mite bony though, but then the Chinese like bones ... in fact, the Chinese tend to like the parts of birds, beasts and fish that we don't like. It's very useful, 'cos when I go out for meals with a friend, and we have a fish say, my friend gets to eat the bits they think are the best, the bits full of bones; and I get to eat the bits I think are best, the nice fillets without bones!
