Zhujiajiao ham, or similarly treated pork meat, is one of the main ingredients of Zhujiajiao "zong-zi" (pronounced "dzong-dze"). The other main ingredients are glutinous rice cooked in meat stock, and the salted yolks of duck eggs. The ingredients are mixed together and then wrapped in bamboo-leaves, before steaming or poaching. The photo is slightly soft because I had to snap it in between passers-by, so there was a bit of camera-shake that not even OIS could cope with.
