For a long time, I thought this must be the Phoenix Tree, as it has these flame-coloured flowers during the winter when it has very few or no leaves, and the bark is grey like ashes. I have recently discovered that the Phoenix Tree is quite different, so I don't know what this is. If any one does, would they please post a comment.
