The number of pink blossom trees is much smaller, and the majority of them are planted in a small area against a stand of dark bushes. It was hard to get a decent shot of them because of the mass of people taking photos of each other in front of them. They kept getting in my line of sight because, being Chinese, they failed to notice that I was taking a photograph ... for who on earth would want a photograph without themselves, their partner or their friends in the shot? Interestingly, the friend I was with was not interested in having a photo of herself with the blossom ... very unusual for a Chinese!
